Quick pasta bake from the microwave

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti (fork spaghetti)
  • 1 can tomato sauce with herbs
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • n. B. Fresh herbs of your choice
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Recipe for the Tupperware Ultra saucepans

Drain the mushrooms and corn. Wash the bell peppers and chop them into small pieces. Now add all the ingredients up to the pepper to the microwave and mix. Place the lid on in the microwave for 15 minutes at 600 watts. Then remove from the microwave (careful, the steam is hot), add the cheese and the washed and chopped herbs, and mix again. It shouldn’t be dry and solid; add a little more water until the mixture is creamy. Place the lid on and microwave for another 10 minutes at 600 watts, then let it cook for about 5 minutes. Stir again before serving and garnish the plate with herbs or cheese, if desired. If you want to make it a complete meal, you can also add chopped sausages, ready-fried meatballs, or smoked salmon in the last 10 minutes.
