Quick pasta bake with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta, short
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced, including stock
  • 1 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple – from the microwave

Add all ingredients one at a time to a microwave-safe container. The vegetable broth does not need to be dissolved in the water. The noodles should be completely uncooked. Then, with the lid closed, place them in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes at 600 watts. Stir once and cook for another 10 minutes at 600 watts. Finally, let stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
