  • 250 g noodles (Mie noodles)
  • 1 jar bamboo shoot(s), drained
  • 1 jar sprouts (mung bean sprouts), drained
  • Oil (sesame oil)
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt

Heat the sesame oil in a deep pan or wok and sauté the finely sliced ​​spring onions. Then add the bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts. Season with salt and remove from the pan. Meanwhile, cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions and sauté them in sesame oil. Now simply add the vegetables and mix well. Finally, drizzle with soy sauce (amount to taste) and serve immediately.
