Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • Marjoram for garnishing
  • Pepper for garnishing
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Pepper, white

Defrost the puff pastry. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the zucchini cubes and marjoram and fry. Sauté the tomato paste in it, add 100 ml of water, and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Stack the puff pastry sheets on top of each other and roll them out on a floured surface. Cut out 12 circles, each approximately 11 cm in diameter. Grease the holes in a muffin tin. Place the dough circles in the holes and press them down. Mix 2/3 of the grated cheese into the minced meat and spread it into the holes. Whisk together the eggs and milk, season to taste, and pour over the minced meat. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 25-30 minutes. Garnish with marjoram and pepperoni to finish.
