Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 Skrei fillet(s) (winter cod), approx. 150 g
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp panko
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt for fried fish
  • 1 tsp dill tips
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • n. B. Remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the fish and pat dry. Drizzle the fish all over with lemon juice and season with fish seasoning salt and dill tips. Create a breading grid using flour, beaten egg, and panko. Heat a pan with a little cooking fat. Coat the fish first in flour, then in egg, and then in panko. Fry the fish until golden brown on all sides, but still translucent in the center. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, mix the remaining panko with the remaining egg, add it, and fry. Serve with the pickled gherkin and remoulade.
