Crumbly crispy breaded fish with leaf spinach

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g fish fillet(s), (frozen goods) e.g. cod
  • some salt (lemon salt)
  • 1 tbsp seeds, chia-
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 10 g oil (virgin coconut oil)
  • 200 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • some water
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 g extra virgin olive oil
  • some herbal salt
  • Nutmeg, fresh ground.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

SIS Dinner

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté both. Add the spinach (not thawed) and a little water and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with herb salt and nutmeg. Thaw the fish fillet and season with a little lemon salt. Mix the sesame and chia seeds on a plate and coat the moist fish with them (the moisture helps the coating stick). Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the fish. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
