Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- Flour , for editing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For Tupperware Happy Snack or Big Snack
Drain the sour cherries, reserving the juice. Combine the juice and pudding mix and bring to a boil (prepare as for regular pudding). Fold in the cherries and let cool. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and then cut it in half. Place one half on the floured Big Snack and press down lightly. Spread the filling into the hollows using a spoon. Brush the other half of the pastry with water, place it on top, and press down lightly. Roll firmly over it with a rolling pin. Turn the Big Snack over, press out the dough pieces using a spoon, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg yolk with a little water and brush the pieces over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes. Experience has shown that this filling is sufficient for at least 2-3 Big Snacks.
