Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 5 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and quarter the onions, halve the pieces again, and sauté in hot butter over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the flour and continue to sauté gently, without allowing the flour to brown. Then stir in the curry powder and pour in the vegetable stock, stirring constantly, and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Stir frequently. Finish with cream before serving.
