Potato Salad with Sauerkraut

The perfect potato salad with sauerkraut recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Jacket potatoes
  • 1 Can Sauerkraut drained
  • 1 Pc. Red onion, diced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Squeeze out the sauerkraut and put it in a bowl.
  2. Dice the onion and place in the bowl.
  3. Dice the potatoes and put them in the bowl as well.
  4. Now add plenty of olive oil, not too short of black pepper and a little salt.
  5. Mix everything well and let it steep. (Depending on the type of herb and taste, from 10 minutes to 1 hour.)
  6. Alternatively, you can add a few chopped capers and mayo instead of oil.
