Ingredients
- 6 Pc. Jacket potatoes
- 1 Can Sauerkraut drained
- 1 Pc. Red onion, diced
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Squeeze out the sauerkraut and put it in a bowl.
- Dice the onion and place in the bowl.
- Dice the potatoes and put them in the bowl as well.
- Now add plenty of olive oil, not too short of black pepper and a little salt.
- Mix everything well and let it steep. (Depending on the type of herb and taste, from 10 minutes to 1 hour.)
- Alternatively, you can add a few chopped capers and mayo instead of oil.
