Pasta with tuna and vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g fusilli
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 10 slices of zucchini
  • 1 can of tuna (tuna salad), Mexican style
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, garlic, tomato, zucchini slices, and chili pepper. Drain the pasta. Add a little olive oil to the pot and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes, zucchini, chili pepper, and tuna salad. Fry everything briefly. Add the pasta. Season with salt and pepper. If you want it spicier, add more chili powder. Note: The finished tuna salad can also be substituted for tuna, kidney beans, and corn individually, depending on your taste.
