Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 20 g butter
- 20 g flour, gluten-free (for cakes)
- 250 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- some nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the butter to a boil, remove from the heat, and whisk in the flour. There should be no lumps. Then gradually stir in the milk and bring to a boil. Finally, season the sauce with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. I serve it with boiled potatoes and cauliflower.
