Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tsp tomato paste with basil
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp cream yogurt 10%
  • 2 tsp spice mix (Chakalaka spice mix)
  • n. B. Pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Tips: This dip tastes great on crackers topped with cucumber slices. Garlic lovers can also add freshly squeezed garlic.
