Gratinated gnocchi with minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 ml cream or Cremfine
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 small jar of Pesto Rosso
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, Italian
  • Spice mix for minced meat
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 600 g gnocchi

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 48 minutes

Fry the gnocchi in a large pan until golden brown. Clean the mushrooms and spring onions and slice into rings. Remove the gnocchi from the pan and fry the minced meat in the remaining fat until crumbly. When it has turned gray, season well with salt, pepper, herbs, and the spice mix. Add the mushrooms and spring onions to the pan, mix well with the minced meat, and cook until cooked through, stirring regularly. Then spoon on the pesto and stir in the cream. Turn off the heat. Add the gnocchi to the pan, mix, and layer everything in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 6-8 minutes with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with a fresh salad.
