Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 package creamed spinach
  • 1,200 g potato(s), approx., waxy
  • 2 cups of sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 2 onions
  • 1 package cheese, grated
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes and then peel them. Defrost the spinach. Fry the minced meat until crispy and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onions and fry them with the onions. Add the sour cream and stir into a sauce with a little water. Remove from the heat and season with Worcestershire sauce, Fondor, and a little rosemary. The seasoning needs to be quite strong, as the sauce will absorb the potatoes. Slice half of the peeled potatoes and place them in a baking dish, then top with the creamed spinach. Place the other half of the potatoes over the spinach and pour the minced meat and sour cream mixture over them. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for approx. 20-30 minutes.
