Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g Schupfnudeln, e.g. from the refrigerated section
  • some butter or margarine
  • 1 handful of tomatoes, dried, cut into pieces
  • 1 pot of crème fraîche with herbs, 150 g
  • e.g. arugula
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the dumplings until lightly browned. Wash and trim the arugula. Divide the dumplings among the plates, sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes, and top each with 1-2 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Finally, place the arugula on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. The amounts can be adjusted to your liking. 567 kcal per serving.
