- 400 g Schupfnudeln, e.g. from the refrigerated section
- some butter or margarine
- 1 handful of tomatoes, dried, cut into pieces
- 1 pot of crème fraîche with herbs, 150 g
- e.g. arugula
- 2 tbsp Parmesan

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the dumplings until lightly browned. Wash and trim the arugula. Divide the dumplings among the plates, sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes, and top each with 1-2 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Finally, place the arugula on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. The amounts can be adjusted to your liking. 567 kcal per serving.
