Zucchini-potato pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp potato flour
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely grate the zucchini and potatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let rest for a while. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry small pancakes. Serve with applesauce.
