Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • some salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly herbs (e.g. parsley, chives)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for the microwave

Combine the eggs, milk, and spices with a hand blender to make the mixture fluffier. Immediately pour the egg mixture into a round silicone mold and place it in the microwave. Allow the mixture to set for about 6-7 minutes at 600 watts. The mixture can be turned out immediately and cut into diamond shapes, or you can cut out small shapes.
