Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simply whisk the eggs with the nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Place the mixture in a freezer bag and place it in a pot of boiling water for about 25 minutes. Make sure there’s enough water in the pot.
