Tagliatelle à la Alissa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g tagliatelle
  • salt water
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g sugar snap peas (snow peas)
  • 1 cup of Brunch Paprika Pepper
  • 150 ml cream
  • Butter or margarine or frying cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spicy pasta dish – a very simple but extremely delicious recipe

First, cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Also wash the snow peas and tomatoes. Now add the cooking cream (or butter) to a large (!) pan and brown the meat, seasoning with pepper, salt, and paprika. After a few minutes, stir in the snow peas and braise briefly. Then add the cup of brunch sauce and 3/4 or 1 cup of cream, depending on your taste. Once the sauce has briefly boiled, add the tomatoes. After stirring briefly, fold in the pasta. Just season to taste, adding more chili powder if desired.
