Light noodle and vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta (e.g. short macaroni)
  • salt water
  • 150 g vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
  • 3 slices of turkey breast
  • 2 tsp cream cheese balance

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual and cook the buttered vegetables according to the package instructions. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces and, at the end of cooking, add it to the pan with the buttered vegetables and heat through. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Add the 2 teaspoons of cream cheese to the pan and melt over low heat. Stir again and then serve.
