Brussels sprouts meet bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 16 Brussels sprouts
  • 8 strips of bacon, well smoked
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Trim the Brussels sprouts. Bring 1/2 liter of water with 2 pinches of salt to a boil and cook the trimmed sprouts until al dente, then rinse. Halve the bacon strips and wrap one strip around each sprout. Place 4 sprouts on 4 skewers and fry in a pan until crispy.
