Cabbage dumplings with raw ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato noodles
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 150 g raw ham, diced
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the dumplings in a large pan in a little oil until they begin to brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Now fry the ham cubes and cabbage in the pan for 10 minutes. Add a little more oil if needed. Add the dumplings, heat until hot, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
