Quickly knead the shortcrust pastry, then chill for 20 minutes. Briefly cook the beans. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Cut the meat into bite-sized strips and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Mix together the eggs, onions, garlic, savory, cream, crème fraîche, grated cheese, and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease the dish and line it with the pastry, forming a 3cm-high rim. Sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs, arrange the vegetables and meat on top, and pour the egg and cheese mixture over the top.
