Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g flour, for the dough
  • 100 g butter, for the dough
  • 1 tsp salt, for the dough
  • 50 g water, for the dough
  • 2 leeks, large, cut into rings
  • 100 g smoked bacon, cut into small pieces or cubes
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cheese (Gruyzer, grated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pear Tart

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and place it in a greased tart pan. Spread the bacon and leek on top. Whisk the eggs with the cream and season to taste. Spread it on top of the bacon and leek. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
