Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g lean pork
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 g cooked ham
- 125 ml red wine
- 1 tsp broth, granulated
- 1 tbsp, leveled flour for binding
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- some water, cold
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the meat and fry in oil. Dice the onion and add it, seasoning with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the red wine and add the instant broth. Cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms and the sliced ham. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Mix the flour with cold water to thicken the sauce. Serve with rice.
