Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt water
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 pack of processed cheese with herbs
- 1 can mushrooms with water
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with mushrooms and minced meat
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Brown the minced meat until nicely browned. Thinly slice the leek and add it to the pan. Sauté briefly. Now add the cream and mushrooms (including the water). If you prefer it fresh, you can also use fresh mushrooms (but fry them a little first). Now add the cream cheese to the sauce and let it simmer over low to medium heat until the cheese is completely melted. Stir occasionally. Pour the mixture over the pasta and serve.
