  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tsp pepper

Cut the Lyoner sausage into small cubes. Finely dice the cucumber and onion. Heat the oil. Sauté the Lyoner sausage, cucumber, and onion until crispy. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms to the pan. Season with cream, white wine, and pepper. Serve with spaetzle, pasta, or rice.
