Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage (Lyoner)
- 1 jar of pickles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 jar of paprika
- 2 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the Lyoner sausage into small cubes. Finely dice the cucumber and onion. Heat the oil. Sauté the Lyoner sausage, cucumber, and onion until crispy. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan. Season with cream, white wine, and pepper. Serve with spaetzle, pasta, or rice.
