Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g diced ham
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 125 g wheat flour type 405 or spelt flour type 630
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 g Gruyère or other spicy cheese, grated
- 20 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- some salt
- some cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
savory, for approx. 45 chocolates
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Fry the ham cubes in oil until crispy, then let cool. Finely slice the spring onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Moisten a silicone chocolate mold with cold water. Using two teaspoons, just fill the molds with the mixture. Place the baking pan on a wire rack and bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Immediately remove from the pan and serve hot or cold and enjoy. Tastes delicious as an aperitif, with salad, or simply as a snack. Tip: You can of course also add olives, roughly chopped nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and the like. You can also vary the spices. This also works in other baking dishes, such as muffin or mini-muffin tins, or even in a loaf pan; in this case, the baking time must be adjusted. The recipe is enough for about 45 chocolates.
