Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup(s) olive oil or rapeseed oil
- 250 g feta cheese
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 250 g diced ham
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- n. B. herbs
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. tomato(s), dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
For measuring, you’ll need a cup with a volume of approximately 250 ml. Dice the onion and briefly sauté it with the diced ham. Dice the feta cheese as well. Mix all ingredients, spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven (200°C top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-40 minutes.
