Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of dough (croissant dough) from the refrigerated section
- Mustard (herb mustard)
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- 6 slice(s) of ham or 6 small sausages
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes 6 pieces
Roll out the dough. Separate the marked corners and spread 1 teaspoon of herb mustard on each. Cut the ham in half and place it on top. Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip. Brush with beaten egg yolk on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake according to package instructions.
