Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 sheets of puff pastry (frozen)
- 1 egg yolk, whisked
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- some soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
enough for approx. 16 pieces
Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out into rectangles (approx. 10 cm x 30 cm). Cut each into 4 triangles and brush with beaten egg yolk. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drain the tuna and shred it. Clean the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips, as well as the zucchini. Mix the vegetables with the tuna and spread everything in the center of the puff pastry triangles. Drizzle with soy sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
