Broccoli pan with Black Forest ham, onions and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 slice(s) ham, Black Forest
  • 1 large onion(s), peeled and chopped
  • 5 walnuts, peeled and chopped
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the broccoli until al dente (approx. 5 minutes), then drain in a colander. Peel and finely chop the onion and walnuts. Dice the Black Forest ham. Heat a large pan on the stove over medium heat. Add the clarified butter to the onions, walnuts, and ham and sauté or fry for 5 minutes. Add the broccoli to the pan, toss everything again, and heat through for 5 minutes.
