Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 150 g peas
- 300 ml broth
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 100 g parsley
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g margarine
- Flour for the roux
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Fat for the roux
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cheap home cooking
Cut the schnitzel into strips. Season with salt and pepper, and fry with the sliced onion in melted margarine. Add the parsley and peas and mix thoroughly. Pour in the broth and simmer. After about 30 minutes, season again to taste and season with cream and paprika. Make a roux from the flour and fat and stir it into the meat to thicken. Serve with spaetzle and a green salad.
