Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle or penne)
- 200 g ham
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 250 g cream
- lots of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, slice the ham and leek very thinly. First, fry the ham in olive oil, then add the leek slices. While the pasta is cooking, add a generous amount of salt, about 2 teaspoons, and the same amount of pepper, and continue frying. Then add the cream and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and let it simmer for a while.
