Curry – Chicken Breast – Pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp, picked parsley, chopped
  • 2 onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pasta with roasted chicken breast and delicious curry sauce

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Briefly fry the onions in olive oil in a large pan. Cut the fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the onions. Fry at a high heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and plenty of curry powder. Once the fillets are lightly browned, reduce the heat, add the cream and flour, and stir quickly to thicken the cream. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan. Stir everything well and garnish with parsley when serving.
