Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 200 g crème fraîche, herbal
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 small onions, diced
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 jar mushrooms, drained
- 1 jar bell pepper(s) (tomato peppers), drained
- 200 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
quick and tasty
Cut the flatbread horizontally and spread with the crème fraîche. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the minced meat and onions vigorously. Season and let cool slightly. Mix the mushrooms, bell peppers, and cheese with the minced meat and divide between the flatbread halves. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
