Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 350 g minced meat, mixed
- 25 g processed cheese (mushroom)
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup or tomato paste
- 100 g mushrooms
- 200 g cucumber(s)
- 2 baguette rolls
- 50 g cheese (Gouda)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onion, dice finely and sauté in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry until golden brown and crumbly. Add the processed cheese and ketchup and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice the mushrooms and mix with the minced meat. Wash the cucumber and also slice it. Halve the bread roll. Place the halves cut-side up on a baking tray and cover with cucumber slices. Spread the mushroom and minced meat mixture on top. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes. Electric oven 200°C, gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C.
