Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork goulash
- 500 g onion(s), roughly diced
- 3 bell peppers, mixed, chopped
- 2 jars of mushrooms ( sliced ) or fresh
- 2 can/n tomatoes, (pizza tomatoes)
- Paprika powder (hot) as desired
- Pepper (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Rinse the clay pot with water. Season the goulash, then add a layer of goulash, then onions, then more goulash, then the peppers and mushrooms. Top with the pizza tomatoes. Place in the oven at 200°C for about 90 minutes. Serve with spaetzle, rice, or even just baguette.
