Quick clay pot goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pork goulash
  • 500 g onion(s), roughly diced
  • 3 bell peppers, mixed, chopped
  • 2 jars of mushrooms ( sliced ​​) or fresh
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, (pizza tomatoes)
  • Paprika powder (hot) as desired
  • Pepper (optional)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse the clay pot with water. Season the goulash, then add a layer of goulash, then onions, then more goulash, then the peppers and mushrooms. Top with the pizza tomatoes. Place in the oven at 200°C for about 90 minutes. Serve with spaetzle, rice, or even just baguette.
