Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 fennel
- 1 orange(s), depending on size
- 100 ml cream
- e.g. Parmesan, sliced
- e.g. salt and pepper
- chili powder
- Coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fast, vegetarian, delicious
Wash the fennel and oranges. Then slice the fennel into rings and fry them in a pan. I use coconut oil as the fat. Cut the oranges into small pieces and add them to the fennel once it has taken on some color. Roast everything together for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Deglaze with cream, season, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. I served it with leftover rice.
