Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g lentils, cooked
- 250 g jackfruit or durian
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 ½ tbsp curry paste, yellow
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- n. B. Salt

high carb, low fat, easy and quick
Cut durian or jackfruit, preferably very ripe, into small pieces. Sauté in a medium-heated pan and combine with curry paste, paprika, and cumin. Sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the lentils and mix well until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency. If it’s not creamy enough, add a little water. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
