Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 g white rock sugar
  • 1 bottle of vodka
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 21 days; Total time approx. 21 days 10 minutes

Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries. Place them in a large glass jar with the rock candy and vanilla pod and pour over the vodka. Let it steep for 3 weeks in a cool, dark place. Strain, filter if necessary, and pour into small bottles.
