Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g blueberries
  • 175 g brown sugar (rock candy)
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 3 carnations
  • 700 ml schnapps (wheat grain, 38%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sort and hull the blueberries. Divide them between two thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and drained bottles along with the cinnamon, rock sugar, and cloves. Fill with the wheat kernels. Seal the bottles and refrigerate. Let the blueberry liqueur steep for approximately 6-8 weeks before serving.
