Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 potato(s), boiled
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 3 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Honey
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, wash, peel with a vegetable peeler, and dice. Peel and dice the potatoes. Puree both with orange juice. Stir in the ajvar, tomato ketchup, and oil. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, honey, and Tabasco.
