Green sauce with boiled potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g sour cream
  • 400 g sweet cream
  • 450 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip Balance
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 packs of herbs (8-herb frozen)
  • 10 eggs, boiled hard/medium
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients: sour cream or sour cream, sweet cream, yogurt, Miracle Whip Balance, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Add 2 or 3 packets of frozen herbs, depending on your taste. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Boil the eggs, quarter them, and fold them in. Serve with boiled potatoes. It’s super delicious. I got this recipe from my mom, and I could serve it every week. The “green sauce” is also great with raclette or fondue. It also tastes great with meat. The sauce is also called poached egg sauce.
