Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g orecchiette
  • 200 g zucchini, diced
  • 150 g bacon (roast bacon), diced
  • 100 g onion(s), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Chili powder, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • possibly cheese, spicy, grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Cook the orecchiette according to the package instructions, drain, and keep warm. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the zucchini and fry. Add the bacon and garlic, stirring frequently. After 7-8 minutes, stir in the orecchiette. Season with chili, pepper, and salt and heat through. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese, if desired.
