Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 large apple, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients and serve as a sauce with fondue or grilled food.
