Ginger and Cinnamon Cookies

- 1 Cup White sugar
- 0,75 Cup Soft butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1,5 cups Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1,5 cups Oatmeal
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° top / bottom heat.
- Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl with a mixer until creamy. Add egg and honey.
- In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger together.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar cream.
- Add the oatmeal to the batter and mix with the mixer.
- Let the dough (approx. 1 tbsp) drip onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake the biscuits until they are golden brown. The longer the cookies are baked, the harder they get. So if you prefer a crunchier biscuit than this one, bake it until it turns a light brown.
