Ginger and Cinnamon Cookies

  • 1 Cup White sugar
  • 0,75 Cup Soft butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1,5 cups Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1,5 cups Oatmeal
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl with a mixer until creamy. Add egg and honey.
  3. In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger together.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar cream.
  5. Add the oatmeal to the batter and mix with the mixer.
  6. Let the dough (approx. 1 tbsp) drip onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake the biscuits until they are golden brown. The longer the cookies are baked, the harder they get. So if you prefer a crunchier biscuit than this one, bake it until it turns a light brown.
