Ingredients
Decrease :
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon Remove from the egg white for the glaze:
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 0,5 teaspoon Orange zest
- 260 g Ground almonds

Instructions
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Sprinkle in the sugar.
for the glaze:
- Remove 4 tablespoons from the egg white (with sugar).
- Add the spices, the orange zest and the almonds with the skin, mix well.
- Sprinkle the worktop with sugar, roll out the dough, cut out with the star, place on the baking paper.
- Now brush the stars with the egg white.
- Bake at 130 ° C for about 12 minutes. Egg white should not turn color. Please do not set too high.
A notice :
- I tried to make the stars with a silicone mold, I did not get a good result. Maybe you're better.
- Let the cookies cool down on a wire rack.
