Pasta salad with tzatziki

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 500g tzatziki
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 package of cocktail tomatoes, approx. 250 g, halved
  • 1 bell pepper(s), orange, diced
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into rings
  • 1 onion(s), red, diced
  • e.g. chopped parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain through a sieve, and transfer to a bowl. Add the tzatziki and mix. Then add the halved tomatoes, crumbled feta, diced bell pepper, chopped onion, and spring onion rings and fold in. Finally, sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
